Steve Young's father started the business over 40 years ago and Steve discovered his own passion for antiques and collectibles when he was just a young boy. In 1998, Steve decided to start selling items on eBay to help grow his father's local business. Prior to eBay, the business's inventory consisted of one room in his father's house with just a few shelves, but selling to eBay's buyer base led to an immediate expansion. The business now exports a staggering 45 percent of their products to international customers, and Steve's father built a dedicated office space on his property, which they operate out of to this day. The business has grown so much that Steve's wife recently resigned from her psychiatry job to become a full-time employee of Coast to Coast Antiques.
