Jon Todd’s family has always been in the business of luxury watches, going all the way back to his great-great-great-grandfather, Gaston Sant Blanc, a self-educated master watchmaker in Paris during the late 1700s. In 1998, Jon took the Sant Blanc family business online after researching eBay and seeing great potential in the platform. Jon runs Sant Blanc from Branson, Missouri, and appreciates that eBay allows people in smaller communities to buy and sell things that people in larger communities already have access to.
Jon considers himself not only the owner of his company, but most importantly, the encourager and cheerleader of his team. “I want to motivate people to do their best, and once they outgrow their potential here at Sant Blanc, I encourage them to go out there, become entrepreneurs and build their own businesses."
