eBay Fashion has teamed up with Harvey Nichols and the Campaign For Wool to host a charity auction for an exclusivelydesigned collection of luxury wool handbags.
Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Vivienne Westwood, Christian Louboutin, Anya Hindmarch, Smythson, Sang A and Quentin McKay have each produced a stunning once-in-a-lifetime collector’s item which will go on sale via eBay charity auction on 20th September.
The collection has been curated by the London Knightsbridge store Harvey Nichols, in celebration of The Campaign for Wool, a five-year campaign launched by HRH The Prince of Wales to educate consumers about the benefits of wool and support and grow the industry. The funds raised will be donated to the Prince’s Countryside Fund – a unique collaboration of brands and businesses working together to secure a sustainable future for British agriculture and the wider rural economy.
The wool handbag installation can be viewed at the Knightsbridge store from 5th September. The auction goes live on 20th September for 10 days.
