“I lost my father at an early age,” said Jeff, recalling his memories of his father. “So these kinds of things mean a great deal. It was a high school picture that nobody else would have.”
The eBay seller who sold the photo to Jeff later sent Jeff a scrapbook that had originally contained the photo of Jeff's father, along with several other newspaper clippings.
