eBay is proud to achieve another 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI). Each year, the Corporate Equality Index analyzes and evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices of hundreds of companies, looking at nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits and public engagement.

eBay joins 1,059 major U.S. businesses that are advancing the cause of LGBTQ inclusion and LGBTQ-friendly work policies. eBay’s efforts in satisfying all of CEI’s criteria earned us a designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.
